How does the service work?

Our service is entirely run by volunteers.

When you call us (Monday-Friday, 9.30-12.30 only),

our volunteer will take note of the appointment(s) you

need help with. Later, usually that day, they will try to find a driver from our volunteer pool who is able to take you.

The driver will then contact you directly to make all the necessary arrangements to get you to and from your appointment.

Please note that on some occasions (for instance, minor procedures) it may be necessary for us to arrange two separate trips, one to take and another to collect. In these circumstances, we would ask for two donations.
