What we offer

In normal circumstances, our drivers would take you to your appointment, escort you while you are there and help you back to the car afterwards.

In these times of Covid-19, however, we can only offer to take you to the main entrance of the building and collect you from there afterwards. This means you must be able to get to the actual appointment location on your own, or with the assistance of someone (in your household) who has travelled with you.

You must also be able to call the driver for collection, either by having a mobile phone or by asking reception staff to call on your behalf.
